Yacoba Ann Feldman (Jaci) provides estate planning services for individuals, married couples, and domestic partners across California.  Her Woodland Hills law office also serves business owners concerned with succession planning and coordination of retirement benefits.  Attorney Yacoba Ann Feldman is committed to using her legal skills and experience to create an estate plan that addresses the unique nature of each client’s needs and desires. She works individually with each client to ensure that their values and concerns are appropriately reflected in their estate planning documents.  She works with her clients to understand the estate planning process and the client’s legacy as expressed through those documents.  In addition to preparing wills and trusts, Attorney Feldman stresses the importance of planning for retirement, mental or physical disability, illness, and long-term care.

Attorney Feldman also represents beneficiaries and family members to facilitate the probate process, explore alternatives to probate which may be available, commence conservatorships developmentally disabled children as they reach maturity and for adults who become mentally impaired with age.
